What you'll do

• Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of land use issues.
• Review, draft, and negotiate land use agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in administrative hearings, litigation, and other legal proceedings related to land use issues.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide strategic advice to clients.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, planners, and consultants to develop and implement land use strategies.
• Stay abreast of changes in land use laws and regulations, and advise clients on potential impacts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, government officials, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of firm-wide best practices and initiatives related to land use law.
