Certified Cycle/Spin Instructor

Job overview

Compensation is $28–$35 per hour. The Certified Cycle/Spin Instructor role is an onsite position based in Morristown, NJ. This role exists to lead safe and effective exercise classes for members of all fitness levels. The instructor contributes to the club's mission by maintaining high standards of professional conduct, following facility policies, and fostering a positive, motivating environment for all participants.

What you'll do

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.
• Maintain all mandatory education certifications.
• Follow all instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures.
• Understand and follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with Crunch mission statement.
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.
• Follow all club/facility policies and procedures.
• Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook.
