Fraud Analyst I — Fraud and Disputes

What you'll do

• Review suspicious transactions through scheduled and ad hoc reports
• monitor card-network alerts and respond as needed
• identify fraud patterns
• analyze transaction trends and emerging fraud
• suggest fraud-rule updates and occasionally assist with writing or refining rules
• call cardholders to verify suspicious activity
• collaborate with investigators and disputes team members.
