What you'll do

• Respond to business clients’ coverage, billing, and policy-update inquiries
• issue certificates of insurance, evidence of property, auto ID cards, and binders
• prepare renewal applications and insurance summaries
• request loss runs and renewal quotes
• review policy audits and coordinate corrections
• process endorsement requests
• maintain accurate client interaction and transaction records in the agency management system.
