Home Health Aide

Job overview

The Home Health Aide role is onsite in Sherrills Ford, NC, serving clients in and around the Hickory area. Pay is $11–$25 per hour, based on experience. Village Caregiving supports veterans and older adults with activities of daily living in their homes. The aide provides compassionate, non-medical assistance that supports clients’ safety and well-being, including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands, while communicating updates to the office.

What you'll do

• Assist seniors with activities of daily living in their homes
• provide grooming support, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
• communicate with clients and office support staff
• report emergencies
• accurately report time and client updates
• complete caregiver care sheets.
