What you'll do

• Welcome patients and complete check-in
• register patients and enter information
• verify insurance
• collect copays, deductibles, and balances
• answer and route phone and email inquiries
• contact patients about reminders and scheduling
• distribute mail and reports
• file, scan, schedule, enter data, manage the electronic fax inbox, and support office personnel
• maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
