The Community Manager, Manufactured Housing Community role is onsite in Auburn, WA, with pay of $34.00–$38.00 per hour and a two-bedroom, two-bath manufactured home; living onsite is required. The role manages Rio Verde Mobile Estates, a senior (ages 55+) manufactured housing community operated by Investment Property Group. The manager oversees daily property operations, staff, resident relations, and resources to meet financial and operational goals while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. The role also supports resident satisfaction, community standards, and the property’s occupancy and financial performance.

What you'll do

• Oversee community operations and staff
• enforce lease agreements, community rules, and regulations
• oversee applications for new move-ins
• lead, coach, hire, train, evaluate, and develop onsite staff
• maintain relationships with residents, vendors, colleagues, and stakeholders
• prepare and submit regulatory reports
• oversee rent collection, deposits, delinquent accounts, receivables, and accounting reports
• respond to resident concerns and grievances
• liaise with local community development agencies and law enforcement
• manage legal work-up for the property.
