What you'll do

• Coordinate recruitment, screening, and placement of embedded employees
• conduct employee check-ins and provide guidance and mentorship
• manage employee lifecycle activities, timecards, expenses, and performance
• serve as relationship manager for clients
• coordinate with HR and internal teams on compliance and operations
• develop proposals and budgets
• vet and train security resources
• provide in-person management and direct executive-protection support as needed
• oversee GSOC operations and scheduling
• and maintain client communication and service quality.
