The Inside Parts Sales III role is onsite in Fort Wayne, IN. Compensation is $27.00–$30.00 per hour, with a 15% shift differential for hours worked Monday–Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 5:59 a.m. and for weekend hours. The schedule is Tuesday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., and Saturday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. JX Enterprises is a family-owned truck industry company with more than 50 years of history and over 30 locations. The role manages complex parts accounts and grows sales by combining technical product knowledge with responsive customer service. It also supports the parts department’s development through account prospecting, product feedback, and peer coaching.

What you'll do

• Manage complex key accounts and maintain customer satisfaction through technical knowledge and communication
• research market opportunities and prospect commercial accounts
• grow existing customer accounts
• identify inventory gaps and suggest OEM or aftermarket products and services
• assist with onboarding and coaching Level 1 and Level 2 specialists on catalog research, upselling, and systems
• collaborate with warehouse, delivery, teammates, and leadership to improve customer experiences.
