What you'll do
- Execute program tasks and maintain schedules, buyout logs, coordination documents, and spreadsheets. Improve and document processes and train other Assistant Program Managers. Reconcile schedules with Manufacturing, Design, Supply Chain, and Construction inputs
- identify variances and report impacts. Prepare financial deliverables for Project Manager review, verify vendor invoices within delegated limits, issue purchase orders against approved buyout, support bid packages, track quality feedback, reinforce safety requirements, and communicate with clients and vendors on factual and administrative matters.
