What you'll do

• Source vehicle inventory through auctions, dealers, lenders, private listings, digital lead platforms, and other wholesale channels
• follow up with prospective sellers
• manage appraisal appointments and initial inspections
• review vehicle history reports
• coordinate reconditioning and merchandising
• present offers and negotiate terms
• complete buy-side paperwork
• oversee wholesale vehicle sales
• track inventory, payments, title transfers, transportation, and reporting
• respond to leads and support trade evaluations, retail operations, and after-hours sales floor coverage
• follow inventory acquisition goals and MDS and CTM targets.
