What you'll do

• Operate MRI scanners to produce diagnostic images
• select imaging techniques based on physician orders and patient condition
• screen patients and apply MRI safety protocols
• assess contrast contraindications, monitor patients, and administer contrast according to protocols
• review image quality
• maintain documentation and use PACS and imaging software
• manage workflow, perform quality control, and maintain equipment. Mentoring staff or students is part of the role when needed.
