The project manager coordinates design and construction work for new and existing data center builds, supporting project managers and directors through all phases. The role manages design consultants, project documentation, schedules, and communication to help deliver client requirements and find cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or reliability.

What you'll do

• Support assigned project managers or directors and interact with owners, clients, consultants, design professionals, and contractors
• assist with project coordination and administration through design and construction
• prepare and maintain reports, schedules, invoices, RFIs, submittals, meeting records, daily reports, change orders, inspections, closeout documents, and presentations
• schedule project meetings
• communicate conceptual designs and maintain project documentation
• maintain basis-of-design and architectural specifications
• review design RFPs
• manage external design consultants
• communicate design standards
• manage multiple projects
• identify cost-reduction solutions that preserve quality and reliability.
