What you'll do

• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans created by the supervising BCBA
• provide individualized one-to-one ABA therapy
• record and track client progress
• provide feedback to supervisors and complete session notes and progress summaries
• use tablets and behavior management software
• maintain a safe, structured, HIPAA-compliant environment
• participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional training.
