What you'll do

• Provide primary care, routine physical exams including Pap smears, diagnosis and treatment, preventive counseling, and urgent primary care
• review labs and clinical documents
• complete EMR documentation within 72 hours
• support assigned providers with clinical guidance, onboarding, coaching, and workflow questions
• reinforce protocols and compliance
• partner on provider education and policy updates
• conduct chart reviews and quality monitoring
• lead adoption of workflows and protocols
• use quality and patient-experience data to support improvement.
