CTA Outreach Supervisor

What you'll do

• Oversee CTA outreach staffing, planning, site coordination, shift execution, follow-up, documentation, and program improvement
• develop outreach workflows
• lead field activities and adjust plans as conditions change
• supervise staff and support recruitment, onboarding, and coaching
• coordinate volunteers and partners
• serve as primary safety contact and provide crisis intervention and de-escalation
• connect clients to services and referrals
• coordinate supplies and van logistics
• review program data and prepare grant reports
• support other outreach programs within OHM.

Why this role
