What you'll do

• Create, escalate, triage, and track customer technology incidents
• collaborate with IT staff, customers, and vendors
• use graphical monitoring systems to track infrastructure connectivity, assets, and services
• monitor mainframe control consoles and system performance
• assist with review and validation of mainframe job control language
• perform assigned deliveries
• lift up to 50 pounds.
