Under the Director of Nursing, the RN supervises nursing personnel and oversees daily nursing activities during assigned shifts. The role supports safe, coordinated resident care by monitoring care delivery, addressing care concerns, and communicating with the Director of Nursing and other resident services.

What you'll do

• Monitor daily nursing care and evaluate staff performance
• plan and conduct shift staff meetings
• identify resident-care problems and implement corrective action
• provide reports and recommendations to the Director of Nursing
• coordinate nursing services with other resident services to support continuity of care.
