What you'll do
- Direct daily Regional Facilities operations, ensuring Uline’s quality and performance standards are met.
- Oversee a team of Regional Facilities Managers, maintaining a positive culture and encouraging team development.
- Conduct facilities audits and work with management to resolve any issues to ensure campuses are in top shape.
- Work with vendors, contractors and landlords to support new building start-ups, landscaping and construction projects.
- Develop budgets and reports to shape long-term strategy for facility projects and operations.
