The role exists to keep front desk operations effective and patient-centered through staff supervision, coaching, workflow oversight, and coordination with clinical teams. It also supports patient access, accurate timekeeping, staff development, service improvement, and communication across departments.

What you'll do

• Supervise front desk workflow, patient flow, staffing, and coverage
• coach staff and reinforce service expectations
• address routine concerns and escalate complex matters. Partner with clinical teams and providers on scheduling and patient access. Oversee timekeeping, assist with hiring, onboarding, training, evaluations, and corrective action, monitor operational trends, communicate policies, participate in meetings, and provide hands-on front desk support during high volume or staffing shortages. Travel between OIP offices as needed.
