Loan Sales Specialist, Acceleration Loan Team

The role supports Achieve’s Acceleration Loan team and its existing clients who may qualify for a loan to accelerate debt resolution. The specialist contacts warm leads, consults with clients about the Consolidation Plus loan, and manages a sales pipeline in Salesforce. The work helps eligible clients resolve enrolled accounts faster and improve their credit as part of their financial journey.

What you'll do

• Meet monthly schedule adherence and utilization requirements
• make 100+ outbound calls to warm leads
• explain how the Consolidation Plus loan may help clients graduate from debt settlement sooner
• use Salesforce to track and manage a pipeline of approximately 200 leads, with new leads generated weekly based on production
• follow up on leads and work toward sales and performance goals.
