General Manager – Restaurant and Brewery

What you'll do

• Lead restaurant and brewery operations
• recruit, train, coach, and retain staff
• oversee guest experience and food, beverage, and beer service
• manage opening and closing, staffing, cleanliness, and safety
• coordinate brewery, taproom, and food service
• manage vendors, ordering, budgets, inventory, and performance reports
• support beer releases, events, marketing, and community partnerships
• ensure regulatory compliance.

Why this role
