What you'll do

• Oversee daily property operations
• supervise onsite staff
• coordinate with maintenance on work orders, repairs, turnovers, and preventive maintenance
• inspect grounds, common areas, vacant units, and completed work
• prepare vacant units for occupancy
• assist with annual and regulatory inspections
• monitor expenses and property performance
• handle emergencies
• oversee safety and security
• manage leasing, occupancy, marketing, and resident retention
• address resident concerns
• manage vendor relationships
• ensure Fair Housing and affordable housing program compliance.
