What you'll do

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Facilitate health care services for patients in various settings.
• Coordinate care, perform patient assessment, provide patient education, and engage in various nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge.
• Utilize appropriate age and population specific standards.
• Function within the scopes and standards of nursing practice.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate from an accredited nursing program

Experience

Graduate from an accredited nursing program. Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred. Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred.
