What you'll do

• Lead harvesting, bucking, trimming, drying, curing, and product preparation
• coordinate workflow and technician assignments
• monitor drying and curing conditions
• inspect product quality
• assist with weighing, labeling, and staging
• perform hands-on production and operate machinery as needed
• set up, clean, and maintain equipment
• train and support technicians
• track inventory and chain of custody
• verify batch and transfer documentation
• follow regulatory requirements, SOPs, safety, and sanitation procedures
• report production metrics and supply needs.
