What you'll do

• Model respectful, responsive, trauma-informed interactions
• identify guest behavior concerns and elevate issues requiring intervention
• support admissions and intake
• conduct safety checks and respond to emergencies
• complete documentation and support peers in meeting standards
• conduct dorm sweeps and reinforce cleanliness and reporting
• support clients with behavioral or developmental needs and collaborate with case managers.
