What you'll do

• Develop and execute long-term strategy
• advise Tribal Council on business strategy, economic development, and investment
• lead executive teams and establish performance measures
• oversee property development and expansion
• evaluate markets and investment opportunities
• oversee budgets, forecasts, financing, and resource management
• build stakeholder relationships
• oversee gaming, hospitality, food and beverage, entertainment, hotel, spa, golf, and support operations
• ensure guest service and regulatory compliance.
