What you'll do

• Advise public and private company clients on executive compensation and employee benefits
• draft and review executive employment, severance, retention, and change-in-control agreements
• counsel on equity and non-equity incentive plans
• handle employee benefits aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions
• advise on tax-qualified and nonqualified retirement plans
• assist with public company compensation disclosures and governance
• work directly with clients and manage compensation and benefits projects.
