The Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) works onsite in West Chester, PA, and surrounding communities, providing care in patients’ homes and care facilities. Pay is $19–$21 per hour. It observes and reports changes to the supervising nurse, documents care, and follows hospice and infection-control procedures while building supportive relationships with patients and families.

What you'll do

• Provide bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance
• observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse
• document care accurately and promptly
• promote comfort, dignity, and independence
• build compassionate relationships with patients and families
• follow hospice policies and infection-control standards.
