The Regional Manager, KidStrong Central Florida role is in person and field-first, with at least three days per week in centers across Orlando, Central Florida, and Tampa Bay. The listed total compensation potential is $70,000–$110,000+ per year, including a $70,000–$80,000 base salary and performance bonus. KidStrong’s mission is to help parents raise smarter, stronger, more confident children with character. The manager oversees the operational health and growth of three to five centers, leads and develops general managers, and maintains brand, safety, and family-experience standards. The role also supports coaching and may cover classes, parties, or camps when staffing needs arise.

What you'll do

• Oversee center operations, brand standards, KPIs, cleanliness, safety, and family experience
• analyze P&Ls, labor schedules, and budgets
• manage lead handling, CRM, trial conversion, and retention
• coach local marketing and growth plans
• lead, develop, evaluate, recruit, and onboard general managers
• complete coach certification and cover classes, parties, or camps when staffing needs arise
• uphold regional culture and safety protocols.
