What you'll do

• Lead recruitment and hiring
• manage onboarding, orientation, and compliant employment records
• manage bi-weekly payroll and review timecards
• answer employee questions about HR matters, benefits, policies, and procedures
• prepare schedules and daily staffing plans
• maintain the electronic scheduling system
• coordinate time-off requests to ensure nursing-unit coverage
• build working relationships across departments.
