What you'll do

• Develop, manage, and implement project schedules
• assist with scopes of work, site plans, and sketches
• manage construction bid and award processes and sub-vendor selection as directed
• plan and budget grant-funded projects
• support budget and resource allocation
• monitor grant and budget guidelines, quality, and safety
• maintain project status and action records
• prepare project updates and Board of Regents reporting
• track materials and equipment
• coordinate site visits and inspections
• liaise with the college, vendors, and construction organizations
• resolve project conflicts.
