The Manager, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Money Transmission Compliance role is fully remote within the United States, with no in-office requirement stated. The base pay range is $110,000–$130,000 per year. Paylocity provides cloud-based HR and payroll software solutions. The manager leads a compliance team while performing hands-on work to develop and operate the AML and money transmission compliance program. The role helps meet federal and state requirements by managing licensing obligations, assessing risk, supporting regulatory readiness, and coordinating controls across payment flows.

What you'll do

• Manage direct reports
• develop and maintain the BSA/AML compliance program, including policies, procedures, risk assessments, customer risk rating frameworks, and suspicious activity monitoring
• support CDD, EDD, KYC onboarding, transaction monitoring, and regulatory examination readiness
• manage money transmitter license obligations through NMLS
• oversee SAR investigations and filings and 314(a) requests
• monitor regulatory changes
• coordinate examinations, audits, and remediation
• deliver AML training and compliance updates
• partner with internal teams, regulators, external counsel, and consultants. Up to 10% travel may be required.
