The Operations Manager — Roofing and Sheet Metal role is onsite in Colorado Springs, CO, with occasional travel and a Monday–Friday day schedule that may include occasional weekend work. Compensation is $100,000–$120,000 per year. The manager oversees daily field operations and branch construction performance, driving safety, quality, profitability, and on-time delivery. The role also develops staff through hiring, coaching, training, and performance management while supporting strong client, supplier, and subcontractor relationships.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily field operations and branch construction performance
• manage crew schedules, project execution, and labor, materials, and equipment allocation
• drive safety, quality, profitability, and on-time delivery
• monitor project financials and address risks
• develop operational policies and standards
• lead, coach, hire, review, and manage field staff
• ensure jobsite inspections and safety compliance
• build client, supplier, and subcontractor relationships.
