What you'll do

• Develop supply-chain relationships to support product availability and merchandising
• gather prospect and customer information
• manage, train, and direct food brokers
• maintain current food-industry knowledge and company records
• provide sales and accounting projections and updates
• allocate promotional budgets with headquarters and brokers
• use company business systems
• collaborate with Purchasing, Marketing, Accounting, customers, distributors, retailers, and brokers
• support receivables and credit management
• manage customer dealings under terms of sale and incentive agreements
• help protect trademarks and intellectual property.
