What you'll do

• Support program operations and quality care
• maintain relationships with hospital medical and nursing staff, administrative leadership, and the physician and certified nurse-midwife hospitalist team
• collaborate on clinical and operational objectives
• train and develop clinicians
• communicate and enforce policies and expectations
• address minor physician issues and escalate as appropriate
• and help identify ways to increase Labor and Delivery utilization.
