What you'll do

• Lead finance-track due diligence for acquisition targets.
• Own end-to-end post-close integration plans for the finance function.
• Manage transition of acquired companies onto financial systems.
• Coordinate with controllership for consolidation.
• Track and report integration synergy targets.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience

10+ years of progressive finance experience
