What you'll do

• Build relationships with existing and potential customers through cold calling and business development
• serve as a customer point of contact
• maintain account and asset information in CRM
• make open-dialogue calls to assigned accounts
• direct incoming calls and walk-ins
• understand customer business needs and advise on solutions
• prospect, quote, and sell rental machines
• generate and forward leads
• apply promotions
• identify buying signals and close deals
• maintain knowledge of pricing, procedures, trends, and products.
