The Warehouse Associate is an onsite role based in Garner, NC. Compensation is $18.25 – $19.75 per hour, and this position supports the Mattress Firm supply chain team. This role exists to ensure the final step of the shopping experience goes smoothly by picking, loading, and organizing merchandise, playing a vital part in helping people sleep well.

What you'll do

• Load and unload products, stage deliveries, store products, ensure inventory rotation, inspect for defects, assist in customer pickups, operate warehouse equipment, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety policies.
