Senior Program Manager, Customer Experience Programs

What you'll do

• Translate ambiguous business needs into program goals and plans
• define baselines, indicators, and outcome measures
• prioritize and sequence projects
• lead programs from discovery through implementation and measurement
• align stakeholders and resolve blockers
• identify risks and dependencies
• provide senior leaders with data-supported updates and recommendations
• adjust or stop work based on evidence
• lead structured change adoption
• coach project managers and use AI to improve delivery and customer-facing processes.
