What you'll do

• Assist the general manager with facility operations
• ensure coverage of transit fixed routes, trips, and charters
• support customer development with Lewis County Public Transit
• assist with driver training and recruitment
• ensure drivers receive required job-related training
• assist with payroll, receivables, payables, and month-end requirements
• coordinate employee disciplinary actions with HR
• participate in annual financial planning
• carry out company policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
