What you'll do

• Oversee medication therapy management under organizational policies and protocols
• identify, report, and resolve medication errors, adverse drug reactions, and safety issues
• document care accurately and promptly
• contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• ensure compliance with clinical standards and procedures
• provide confidential, patient-centered medication therapy
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• support medication safety, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
• identify and resolve drug-related problems.

Why this role

PRN hourly position; requires a pharmacy bachelor’s degree or Pharm.D. from an ACPE-certified school, three years of retail or specialty pharmacy experience, and a current state pharmacist license within one month of hire.
