Customer Service Representative

Job overview

The Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Cheshire, CT, with pay of $20 per hour. Ferraro Foods’ Customer Service team connects customers, sales teams, and operations to help keep orders accurate and resolve issues. The representative processes orders, responds to customer questions, researches account and service concerns, and coordinates with internal teams so customers receive clear follow-up and delivery support.

What you'll do

• Process high volumes of customer orders
• handle inbound and transferred calls
• answer questions about products, pricing, delivery, and services
• support sales and internal teams
• research billing discrepancies, order errors, credits, returns, and service concerns
• coordinate delivery, pickup, and routing inquiries
• maintain customer interaction and account records.
