Lead Experience Guide

The Lead Experience Guide position is onsite in Englewood, CO, with compensation of $20–$23 per hour. The NOW Massage’s mission is to make customizable massage therapy convenient, affordable, and accessible. The guide leads the Experience Guide team and partners with the General Manager to drive boutique performance. The role focuses on membership sales, guest experience, coaching, team development, and daily operations, and may act as manager on duty when leadership is unavailable.

What you'll do

• Coach the team on sales techniques
• monitor performance metrics
• partner with the General Manager on membership and revenue plans
• mentor and onboard team members
• lead shift huddles
• deliver guest service and resolve concerns
• maintain boutique presentation
• support scheduling, opening and closing, cash handling, transactions, and inventory.
