What you'll do

• Show homes for buyer clients
• help buyers identify needs, budgets, and suitable properties
• guide buyers through the purchase process
• prospect and follow up with potential clients
• develop opportunities to work with homeowners and pursue listings
• schedule showings and provide feedback
• attend inspections, walkthroughs, closings, and other appointments when needed
• maintain CRM notes and participate in team training and development.
