What you'll do

• Manage marine dredging projects from preparation through completion
• attend site visits
• review plans, specifications, lessons learned and contract documents
• coordinate execution strategy with dredge supervisors
• develop work plans, budgets, dredging strategies and schedules
• meet with clients about goals, challenges and risks
• define project objectives and key performance indicators
• oversee mobilization, setup, work phase, teardown and demobilization
• manage project crew and staff needs and project reporting
• support safety management and company safety culture.
