What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance with care plans and facility policies
• provide person-centered care
• uphold resident rights
• perform housekeeping
• document in communication, activity, and medication administration records before leaving each shift
• prepare scheduled meals using safe food practices
• attend required orientation, training, competency, and in-service programs.
