What you'll do

• Complete minor repairs, basic carpentry and installations, ceiling tile and light bulb replacement, light plumbing repairs, permitted light electrical work, and furniture assembly
• handle service calls, punch-list items, and small projects
• perform preventative maintenance
• coordinate with facility managers and the internal team
• respond to urgent requests as needed.
