Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician works onsite at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility and office in Pleasant Prairie, WI. Compensation is $25–$28 per hour on W-2. The technician reports to the Hard Services Supervisor and supports building and industrial systems. The role performs preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. It helps keep facilities and equipment operating safely and efficiently and tracks assigned work orders through available systems.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems
• inspect installations for code and safety compliance
• diagnose problems and make repairs
• assist with equipment installation and modification
• review work orders and track completion
• support energy management by maintaining efficient building systems.
