Extruder Operator — Production

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and disassemble extrusion equipment under SOPs and GMPs
• start equipment according to the production schedule
• troubleshoot and adjust equipment
• inspect product and check parameters
• perform die changes
• document moisture, temperature, protein, and liquid-fat readings
• maintain sanitation
• monitor production runs and follow safety and food-safety standards.
